Your project. Working together to find the best solution.
From site analysis to feasibility study through to your choice of offer – we’ll guide you toward your customized energy solution.
The process of building your own wind turbine follows a clearly structured path. It begins with an analysis of the site and local wind resources. Based on this, a feasibility study is conducted to determine the technical and economic conditions under which a project can be implemented.
Based on this, concrete project concepts are developed that can be further refined and implemented in collaboration with experienced partners. Depending on the initial situation and objectives, two different business models are available: ranging from purchasing the generated electricity under a Power-as-a-Service model to owning your own plant, which offers very cost-effective electricity production in the long term once the payback period has been reached.

BUSINESS MODELS
Power-as-a-Service/Leasing: Accessing wind power without making an investment
Infrastructure Without Capital Commitment
Under the Power-as-a-Service model, Agile Wind Power handles the planning, financing, construction, and long-term operation of the facility. Under this model, companies simply provide a suitable site, while Agile Wind Power builds and operates the entire technical infrastructure. This eliminates the need for companies to invest in energy generation facilities themselves. At the same time, the site can be used for local renewable energy production. This model enables companies to participate in the energy transition and benefit from modern wind technology without having to tie up capital in facilities or their operation.
Predictable and Local Energy Supply
The electricity generated is procured directly on-site through a long-term power purchase agreement. This creates a stable and predictable energy supply that is independent of short-term fluctuations in the electricity markets. At the same time, energy is produced where it is needed – right at the company’s site. This decentralized electricity production reduces transmission losses, strengthens supply security, and improves the site’s sustainability profile. Companies thus benefit from a transparent cost structure and a long-term, predictable energy supply.
Focus on Core Business
Since the plant operator is fully responsible for investment, operation, maintenance, and technical oversight, the company incurs no additional operational costs. Planning, monitoring, and maintenance are professionally handled by Agile Wind Power and specialized partners. This allows companies to focus entirely on their core business while making their energy supply more sustainable and resilient. The model thus combines financial planning security with a direct reduction in CO₂ emissions at the company’s own site.
Decentralized (self-)generation of electricity means producing power directly at the point of consumption from renewable sources — independent of large utilities and volatile prices.
BUSINESS MODELS
Your own Vertical Sky® system: An investment in long-term, affordable energy
On-site Energy Infrastructure
By purchasing a Vertical Sky® system, a company is investing directly in its own energy infrastructure. The wind turbine is installed on-site and generates renewable electricity for many years right where it is needed. This creates an independent and locally anchored power generation system that complements and strengthens the company’s existing energy system. The turbine is fully integrated into the site’s energy infrastructure and can be combined, for example, with existing photovoltaic systems or other energy sources.
Cost-Effectiveness Over the System’s Lifespan
Investing in their own power plant enables companies to meet a significant portion of their electricity needs themselves over the long term. After the payback period, the plant produces electricity at very low marginal costs, as there are no ongoing fuel costs. This results in a stable and economically attractive energy source over the entire lifespan. At the same time, in-house electricity production reduces dependence on external energy prices and increases planning security for future energy costs.
A Strategic Investment in Sustainability and Energy Security
Owning a wind turbine is also a strategic investment in a sustainable energy supply. Companies thereby strengthen their energy resilience, reduce their CO₂ emissions in the long term, and actively contribute to the transformation of the energy system. Local electricity production also increases security of supply and makes energy an integral part of a company’s own infrastructure – comparable to other key facilities at a modern industrial site.
Let’s work together to assess the potential of your location
Whether it’s an initial site assessment or a specific project, we’ll work with you to analyze the possibilities for a Vertical Sky® system and show you how local wind energy can be harnessed economically.
