Patrick Richter (born in 1973), father of two, is a qualified electronic engineer with a degree in business informatics. He founded and successfully led an IT company until he decided to focus on researching and developing the Vertical Sky® wind turbine in 2010, when he also founded Agile Wind Power.

Mr Richter is no stranger to explaining the technology to buyers, partners, investors and other interested parties. In the Dübendorf factory building, Mr Richter demonstrates how Vertical Sky® technology works and how real-time rotor blade pitch control can prevent stall and mitigate strong alternating loads.
