Reopening of the construction site

The construction site at the wind test field in Grevenbroich is open again. On Monday, 25.4.22 the new control container was delivered. This is an important starting signal for the next approx. 8 weeks, during which the second prototype will be built.

The schedule is tight and still some parts are in production. But together with the whole team, our Detlef Bengs has skillfully put the individual puzzle pieces together and made sure that they are all in the right place at the right time.

The second prototype includes a safety mechanism and various other optimizations. During the preparation phase of the last few months, the pitch drives, the heart of the system, which control the individual blade strands, were tested.
