At the beginning of the week, the corner elements were ready for installation: The erection of the lower half of the Vertical Sky® certification test-unit took place in the best weather conditions. Only the drone struggled with the wind and had to be "grounded" several times.

Vertical Sky - lattice mast: fixing the position

Workers secure the erected lattice mast-half with ropes and fix the position. It is then lowered slowly onto the pedestals.

Vertical Sky - getting an impression

The first half is still supported by two set-up towers.

As the turbine is being installed we finally get an impression of the scale. Decentralised wind power does not necessarily mean small. When completed our turbine will stand 105 meters tall. The right size for industrial users.
